Pleat makers and middle seam welding machines can be shared when you want to make both small diameter and high flow pleated filter cartridges. For other machines, such as pleats cutter (filter cutters), cap welding, length connector welding and fitting ends welders (welding machines) shall be used separately, because the diameter differences are too big. And the PP membrane pleats middle seam welding machine is different from PES/fiberglass/PTFE/Nylon membrane pleats middle seam welding machine, their working principle is different, if you want to produce PP membrane and PES/fiberglass/PTFE/Nylon membrane pleated filter cartridges shall use 2 sets of middle seam welding machines at least.
