The complete manufacturing procedure for cardboard frame pleated air filters covers raw material preparation, media pleating, frame processing, gluing and assembly, thermal drying and shaping, trimming and finishing, quality inspection, and final packaging. 3-1. Raw Material Preparation

3-5. Drying & Heat Setting
Place the initially assembled filters into a constant-temperature drying oven. Through controllable thermal curing treatment, the hot melt adhesive is fully solidified. This process strengthens the bonding firmness between the media and frame, stabilizes the pleated shape of the filter media, and avoids deformation, loose bonding and media shedding in subsequent use.
3-6. Trimming & Finishing
